The Grey 500ml flask is designed for the front pocket of your Sherpa Shorts, while the Clear 250ml fits the side pockets. We recommend washing the flask and cap thoroughly (including soaking with baking soda) before first use, and also rinsing out sports drink after each run.

No spillage, easy to drink from. Only grouse is that it doesn't fit into the back of the sherpa shorts, but only because the shorts are designed to hold them in the front.
