Shipping & Delivery
We keep it simple with 😍FREE😍 standard shipping anywhere in the world and aim to send out orders within 24 hours. Delivery times will vary according to location, with a guide of 1-2 days for Hong Kong orders and 1-2 weeks for the rest of the world.
Order Status and Tracking
Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email and, if your order was placed while logged into your T8 account, it will be in your order history.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. For shipments to the following countries, you will also receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order here.

We stand behind our product and understand that online shopping can be difficult. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement or an exchange. We only require that it is in original condition and packaging.

The Commando has been extensively tested in tropical Hong Kong conditions and is guaranteed chafe-free. If you experience any chafing in this underwear, send a photo to hello@T8.run and we'll refund you 100%, no questions asked!
