Special Shipping Arrangements for COVID-19

Since we started, we have had a policy of¬†ūüėćFREEūüė欆standard shipping to almost everywhere in the world, as well as sending out orders within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 situation has seen postal and courier services massively scaled back. We have tried to minimise the impact to our customers but, in some situations, this has been impossible.

Currently, we can only ship to the following countries: Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, New Zealand, Vietnam, Malaysia, United States, Canada, Indonesia, South Korea and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, for other countries, it is now physically impossible for us to ship so we have temporarily suspended taking orders for non-shipping countries until normal service resumes.  

We have had to implement a shipping fee for some countries to cover our costs. Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan remain free, but there is a HK$50 fee for Thailand and HK$130 for most other countries. However, we will waive the shipping fee for all countries where the order value is over HK$500.

Note we are now using SF Express to minimise impact to shipping times but we expect there will be additional 1-3 day delays for most orders given the COVID-19 impact. This means a total of 1-3 days to ship to Hong Kong and 1-3 weeks for the rest of the world.

Payment Options

Billing currency is in Hong Kong Dollars and the following payment methods are accepted at T8:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex
  • PayPal

Order Status and Tracking

Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email and, if your order was placed while logged into your T8 account, it will be in your order history.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. For shipments to the following countries, you will also receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order here.

Warranty & Returns

We stand behind our product and provide a limited warranty for materials and workmanship defects under normal use for a period of three months after purchase. We do not cover normal wear and tear. If you have any issues, please complete our online warranty form.

You can also change your mind! If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase through T8.run, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement or an exchange. We only require that it is in original condition and packaging. Please email us at hello@T8.run to return your product.

The Commando has been extensively tested in tropical Hong Kong conditions and is guaranteed chafe-free. If you experience any chafing in this underwear, send a photo to hello@T8.run and we'll refund you 100%, no questions asked!
