The 500ml flask is designed for the front pocket of your Sherpa Shorts, while the 250ml fits the side pockets. We recommend washing the flask and cap thoroughly (including soaking with baking soda) before first use, and also rinsing out sports drink after each run.

About the the opening size of 250ml bottle
Would prefer the size of the previous 300ml bottle more, the opening is smaller now making it harder to clean n harder to put tablet drink mix inside, cheers

The size of the soft flask is just right and fits well into the front pocket of the Sherpa shorts. No leakage too. Easy to clean/wash as well as the mouth hole is big. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone, be it for running (trails/roads) or hiking.
