Warranty & Returns

Please note, we require a copy of your original purchase receipt, order number or order confirmation email for handling of all Warranty and Size Exchange requests. 

 

We stand behind our products and provide a limited warranty for materials and workmanship defects under normal use for a period of three months after purchase. We do not cover normal wear and tear, and we cannot exchange or refund underwear, socks, flasks, masks or headwear for hygiene reasons. If you have any issues, please email us at hello@T8.run and include a photo of the issue.

 

You can also change your mind! If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase through T8.run, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we'll gladly provide a refund, replacement or an exchange. We only require that it is in original condition, unwashed and with hangtags still attached.

Size Exchanges

We want to make sure you get the right fit, so if you need another size, just email us at hello@T8.run within 15 days of purchase. We'll then ask you to mail or SF Express the original item back to us. Once received, we'll ship out your replacement within 1-2 working days. Returned items must be new, unwashed and with hangtags still attached.

Returns Shipping Cost

Please note, if you choose to return/exchange an item, return shipping cost must be covered by you and we do not provide return shipping labels.

Chafe Free Guarantee

Our Commandos have been extensively tested in tropical Hong Kong conditions and are guaranteed chafe-free. If you experience any chafing in the legs or groin, send photo proof to hello@T8.run and we'll refund you 100%, no questions asked! Please note, we do not cover inter-buttuck chafe 🤷‍♂️
